Research Fellow (Postdoc) -University College London (2025- present)

As a postdoctoral researcher within the Horizon Europe INCLUDE project, I contribute to fostering institutional change by developing and evaluating inclusive, intersectional strategies for Gender Equality Plans (GEPs). Collaborating with seven public biomedical research institutions including Higher Education Institutions., this role allows me to actively engage in transformative research practices that support long-term organisational change.

Research Coordinator -UN Studies Association (UNSA) Vienna (2021- present)

In my role as a Research Coordinator, I mentor and supervise students and interns, helping them grow through hands-on research experience. I also develop and coordinate research projects including EU funded projects. UNSA Vienna aims at raising awareness and promoting exchange on commonly overlooked yet important topics within the UN framework such as climate justice, femicide and migration. Special focus lies on empowering and integrating the next generation.

EU Cost Action- Gender VOICES – Researcher, Management Committee (MC) and Core Member (Austria) /Leader of WG6: Monitoring and Evaluation (CA20137 – Making Young Researchers’ Voices Heard for Gender Equality) (2021 – 2025)

The main goal of VOICES is to increase the visibility of inequalities faced by young researchers from a gender perspective and to promote a sustainable dialogue between young researchers and stakeholders in the research ecosystem at the systemic level (European & national policy-makers) and at the institutional level (senior researchers, academic managers) by creating a community of gender equality practitioners composed of various stakeholders (young researchers, independent researchers, academic managers, organizations) across Europe.

Presencing Institute (MIT)/USA- Theory U: U.lab2x: An Accelerator for Systems Transformation Project – Climate Change (February – June 2022)

Research coordinator/participant to develop the project ”Climate Change Education Prototype” under U.lab2x. This project aims to develop innovative and efficient climate change education at higher education with the participating universities (University of Izmir Dokuz Eylul and Aydin Adnan Menderes University) in Turkey.
