With more than 20 years of experience in the public and private sectors, I am a graduate of Dokuz Eylul University, Turkey and Göttingen Georg-August University, Germany. I hold a PhD degree on environmental justice from Brunel University London. Since 2004 I have been providing advice and analysis on national policies and regulatory developments as well as conducting on-site environmental health and safety audits.
Our technical expertise includes legal research and analysis including sustainability and EHS, application of legislation, audit protocols/checklists, permitting requirements, on-site compliance audits, EU green deal, training and quality control. Additionally, we also offer services that relate to organisational strategies for diversity, equity and inclusion practices.

Since 2004 I have been providing advice and analysis on national policies and regulatory developments as well as conducting on-site environmental health and safety audits.
In 2020 I set up SUSTAILA Consulting Services which offers trainings, research and consultancy services and onsite legal compliance audits (gender auditing and EHS audits).
